Abstract

FóRMULAS ANTI-HELMìNTICAS. A presente invenção refere-se ao preparo de fórmulas anti-heiminticas veterinárias incluindo triclabendazol em solução, particularmente para o tratamento de infecções parasitárias, como fasciolose, e particularmente para um animal, sob a forma de aplicação de tipo fio do lombo (aplicação no dorso do animal). As soluções incluem triclabendazol dissolvido em um sistema de solventes, composto por, pelo menos, um solvente selecionado dentre 2-pirrolidona e polietileno glicol liquido. Também poderão ser incluídos solventes adicionais. A presente invenção é vantajosa uma vez que triclandenzol pode ser incluído em soluções em concentração de até aproximadamente 60% p/v, permitindo a liberação de uma dose efetiva para o animal em um volume de 25 ml ou menos.
