Abstract

COMPOSIçãO DE BEBIDA DE VIDA DE PRATELEIRA ESTáVEL. A presente invenção refere-se a uma bebida de caloria reduzida não-refrigerada, de vida de prateleira estável que contém cerca de 8 a cerca de 12% de suco de fruta por volume é fornecida. A bebida contém pelo menos um adoçante nutritivo e pelo menos um adoçante não-nutritivo. Preferivelmente, a razão de doçura de sacarose equivalente do pelo menos um adoçante não-nutritivo para todos os adoçantes totais é de cerca de 0,35 a cerca de 0,45.
