Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR POLIURETANA ESPUMADA, E MéTODO PARA CATALISAR UMA REAçãO ENTRE UM COMPOSTO ISOCIANATO ORGáNICO E UM COMPOSTO CONTENDO HIDROGêNIO ATIVO". é provido um método para a preparação de espumas de poliuretana, o qual compreende contatar pelo menos um composto isocianato orgânico, pelo menos um poliol, pelo menos um agente de sopro, e uma composição catalisadora amina terciária. A composição catalisadora possui fórmula geral onde R~ 1~, R~ 2~ e Y são, independentemente, um grupo alquila que possui de a partir de um a três átomos de carbono ou -CH~ 2~CH~ 2~OH; Z é -CH~ 2~CH~ 2~OH; e n é um inteiro de 3 a 7, inclusive. Também é provido um método para catalisar a reação entre pelo menos um composto isocianato e pelo menos um composto contendo hidrogênio ativo, tal como um poliol e/ou um agente de sopro.
