Abstract

PNEU E, PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR UM PNEU SOBRE UM TAMBOR A inverção é relativa a um pneu (11) que compreende talões, cada um contendo, no minimo, de uma estrutura de reforço circunferencial (20), uma coroa que compreende uma estrutura de reforço (30) encimada radialmente no sentido do exterior com banda de rodagem (40), de cada lado da coroa um costado (50) fornecendo a conexão a cada talão, no minimo um reforgo de carcaça. (60) que se estende de um talão até o outro passando através da coroa e ancorada no minino a uma estrutura de reforço circunferencial (20) dentro de cada talão, o reforço de carcaça (60) sendo formado de, no minimo, uma lona emborrachada que compreende fios de reforço que se estendem substancialmente de maneira radial, quer dizer, formado um ângulo entre <198> e <198> com a direção circunferencial, no minimo uma zona de junção (70) formada por superposição da lona sobre si mesma, esta zona (70) sendo orientada substancialmente de maneira radial, no minimo uma tira de cobertura (80, 81) cobrindo parte da zona de junção (70), cada tira de cobertura (80, 81) sendo formada de uma composição de borracha reforçada por uma pluralidade de fios de reforço (95), os fios de reforço (95) de cada tira de cobertura (80, 81) tendo uma orientação substancialmente radial, cada tira de cobertura (80, 81) vista em seção radial se estendendo entre um ponto junto da extremidade axial da estrutura de reforço (30) da coroa e um ponto localizado radialmente para o interior do ponto o mais externo axialmente do pneu (11).
