Abstract

USO DE INIBIDORES DE PROTEASES ISOLADOS DO TRIATOMA INFESTANS. A presente invenção se refere ao uso de inibidores seletivos para fator XIIa obtidos a partir de uma biblioteca de mutantes de um inibidor de fator XIIa isolado do barbeiro Triatoma infestans para o tratamento de doenças hemorrágicas e trombolíticas, em métodos diagnósticos ou no recobrimento de tubulações e demais superfícies que compõem um sistema de circulação extracorpóreo.
