Abstract

"LIGA DE ALUMìNIO RESISTENTE AO CALOR". A presente invenção refere-se a uma liga de alumínio do tipo AlMgSi com boa resistência à fadiga térmica para preparação de partes constituintes de fundição, termicamente e mecanicamente exigidas, os teores dos elementos da liga são magnésio e silício em % em peso em um sistema de coordenadas cartesianas limitado por um polígono A com as coordenadas ¢Mg; Si!¢8,5; 2,7!¢8,5; 4,7!¢6,3; 2,7!¢6,3; 3,4! e a liga contem ainda 0, 1 até 1% em peso de manganês máximo 1% em peso de ferro máximo 3% em peso de cobre máximo 2% em peso de níquel máximo 0,5% em peso de cromo máximo 0,6% em peso de cobalto máximo 0,2% em peso de zinco máximo 0,2% em peso de titânio máximo 0,5% em peso de zircónio máximo 0,008% em peso de berílio máximo 0,5% em peso de vanádio assim como alumínio, como radical com outros elementos e impurezas devido às preparações individuais de no máximo 0,05% em peso, no total no máximo 0,2% em peso. A liga é particularmente bem apropriada para preparação de blocos de cilindro no processo de fundição sob pressão.
