Abstract

PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DE METAKFLEX AGLOMERANTE DE ALTA RESISTêNCIA DE PRODUTOS E PROCESSOS QUE VENHAM A UTILIZAR METAKFLEX. A presente invenção descreve o processo de obtenção de produto aglomerante de alta resistência de produtos e processos que venham a utilizar Metakflex fabricados com metacaolin. O metacaolin é produzido com calcinação controlada e rápida, com adição de cal virgem, denominado Metakflex, assim como para produtos que utilizarem metakflex como aglomerante. O metakflex é obtido através de tecnologia limpa, sendo um produto ecológico produzido a partir de solos argilosos, estéreis e rejeitos argilosos, utilizando-se de uma calcinação rápida e controlada a temperaturas entre 650 a 800 graus com uma aditivação de cal virgem variando entre 1 e 10%.
