Abstract

MéTODO DE CONTROLE DE MUDANçA DE VELOCIDADE PARA TRANSMISSãO DE MARCHA TIPO EMBREAGEM GêMEA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma transmissão de engrenagem tipo embreagem gêmea que inclui um número par de embreagens que é capaz de individualmente mudar a desconexão e a conexão de transmissão de força entre os eixos de entrada que um mecanismo de transmissão de mudança de velocidade de engrenagem de número par e um mecanismo de transmissão de mudança de velocidade de engrenagem de número ímpar respectivamente incluem, e uma fonte de energia, a presente invenção aumenta a resposta de mudança de velocidade, facilita um controle de mudança de velocidade, e alivia um choque de mudança de velocidade com a supressão de uma força por atrito em uma condição de operação usual. Uma de ambas as embreagens (34, 35) é trazida para um estado de conexão e a outra é trazida para um estado de desconexão sob uma condição de operação usual na qual é fixada uma relação de mudança de velocidade, e, na execução da troca da relação de mudança de velocidade entre os estágios de mudança de velocidade de número par ou entre os estágios de mudança de velocidade de número ímpar, quando um mecanismo, o mecanismo de transmissão de mudança de velocidade de engrenagem de número ímpar (16) ou o mecanismo de transmissão de mudança de velocidade de engrenagem de número par (17), assumir um estado neutro no meio da mudança do estabelecimento do trem de engrenagens, a embreagem que corresponde ao mecanismo de transmissão de marcha que se torna um objeto de troca para estabelecimento do trem de engrenagens fora de ambos os mecanismos de transmissão de marcha (17 e 16) será mudada para um estado de conexão a partir do estado de desconexão e, depois de ser desconectada novamente, a embreagem é mudada de um estado de desconexão para um estado de conexão depois da conclusão da troca para estabelecer o trem de engrenagens.
