Abstract
MéTODOS PARA CONTROLAR FORMA DE TIPA EM UM TREM DE LAMINAçãO A QUENTE E PARA PRODUZIR TIRA FUNDIDA FINA, TREM DE LAMINAçãO A QUENTE E USINA DE TIRA FUNDIDA FINA. Um trem de laminação a quente (15) e método para operar o trem de laminação a quente onde a forma de uma tira laminada (12) é controlada por meio de dispositivos de refrigeração localizados (71A, 72A, 7lB, 72B) posicionados a intervalos ao longo de cilindros operacionais em pelo menos três zonas laterais, uma central e duas zonas laterais, e capazes de refrigerarem separadamente cada zona para controlar a forma dos cilindros operacionais (16A, 16B) nessa zona e inibirem a formação de defeitos de forma na tira (12) que está sendo laminada. Cinco zonas podem ser proporcionadas através da superfície operacional dos cilindros operacionais (16A, 16B) de forma que duas zonas intermediárias podem controlar quartos de sobrepostas. O trem de laminação a quente tem aplicação particular na fundição contínua de tira fina. O método pode ser automatizado pela detecção a jusante do trem de laminação a quente da forma da tira em cada zona.
