Abstract
PREPARAçãO FARMACêUTICA PARA CONTRACEPçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica contendo dienogest em uma quantidade que na administração da composição corresponde a uma unidade de dose diária de 1,5 mg ou 2,0 mg e contendo etinilestradiol em uma quantidade que na administração da composição corresponde a uma unidade de dose diária de 0,015 mg ou 0,020 mg, juntamente com um ou mais veículos farmaceuticamente aceitáveis para pelo menos 21 unidades de doses diárias. Além disso, a invenção refere-se a um preparado farmacêutico para contracepção oral, contendo 1,5 mg de 17<244>-cianometil-17-<225>-hidroxiestra-4,9-dien-3-ona (dienogest) e 0,015 ou 0,020 mg de 17<244>-etinilestradiol (etinilestradiol) ou 2,0 mg de dienogest e 0,015 mg de etinilestradiol, juntamente com um ou mais veículos farmaceuticamente aceitáveis para pelo menos 21 unidades de doses diárias de um ciclo menstrual de 28 dias.
