Abstract
MéTODO PARA PREPARAR POLINUCLEOTìDEOS PARA ANáLISE. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para analisar um polinucleotídeo alvo tendo unidades distintas de seqúência de ácidos nucléicos compreendendo: (i) formar um primeiro polinucleotkleo o qual é um concatêmero tendo múltiplas seqúências de polinucleotídeos alvo de repetição; (ii) formar sobre o primeiro polinucleotídeo um segundo polinucleotídeo hibridizado a uma porção de um ou mais dos polinucleotì'deos alvo, de tal modo que a porção hibridizada, ou a porção não hibridizada, corresponde a uma unidade de seqúência sobre o alvo, e determinar a unidade de seqúéncia sobre o alvo.
