Abstract
substituto cartilaginiforme e osteocondral compreendendo uma estrutura de múltiplas camadas e seu uso. trata-se de uma estrutura de camadas múltiplas (1) que inclui uma primeira camada superior (2), que consiste em uma matriz orgânica incluindo colágeno e pelo menos uma camada inferior (3, 4, ..., 10), que consiste em uma matriz composta incluindo hidroxiapatita e colágeno. além disso, a presente invenção se refere a um substituto cartilaginoso incluindo a referida estrutura de múltiplas camadas (1) assim como um substituto osteocondral incluindo a referida estrutura de camadas múltiplas (1). finalmente, a presente invenção se refere ao uso da referida estrutura de múltiplas camadas (1) para o preparo do referido substituto cartilaginoso e do referido substituto osteocondral para o tratamento de defeitos cartilaginosos e de defeitos osteocondrais ou para a neoformação de um tecido cartilaginoso e/ou de um tecido ósseo subcondral.
