Abstract
Description
L denota Cl, Br, I, SO2F, SO2CF3, SO2C2F5,
é reagido com 3-(4-piperazin-1-ilbutil)indol-5-carbonitrila por ligação catalisada por metal de transição por meio de complexos de Pd,
e/ou em que 5-(4-[4-(5-ciano-3-indolil)butil]-1-piperazinil)benzofuran-2-carboxamida é convertida em um de seus sais de adição de ácido por tratamento com um ácido (variante de processo a)).
Claims (2)
- Processo para preparar 5-(4-[4-(5-ciano-3-indolil)butil]-1-piperazinil)benzofuran-2-carboxamida, caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende a etapa de reagir:
um composto de fórmula Iem que L é Br,
com 3-(4-piperazin-1-ilbutil)indol-5-carbonitrila por ligação catalisada por metal de transição por meio de um complexo de Pd tal como tris(dibenzilidenoacetona)dipaládio, PdCl2 ou Pd(OAc)2. - Processo para preparar sal fisiologicamente aceitável de 5-(4-[4-(5-ciano-3-indolil)butil]-1-piperazinil)benzofuran-2-carboxamida, caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende as seguintes etapas:
reagir um composto de fórmula Iem que L é Br, com 3-(4-piperazin-1-ilbutil)indol-5-carbonitrila por ligação catalisada por metal de transição por meio de um complexo de Pd tal como tris(dibenzilidenoacetona)dipaládio, PdCl2 ou Pd(OAc)2; e
converter a 5-(4-[4-(5-ciano-3-indolil)butil]-1-piperazinil)benzofuran-2-carboxamida formada na primeira etapa em um sal de adição de ácido por tratamento com um ácido tal como ácido sulfúrico, ácido nítrico, ácido hidrohálico, ácido fosfórico, ácido alifático, ácido alicíclico, ácido aralifático, ácido aromático, ácido heterocíclico mono- ou polibásico carboxílico, ácido sulfônico ou ácido sulfúrico.
