Abstract

BIOSSÍNTESE APERFEIÇOADA DE AMINOÁCIDO E METABàLITO. A presente invenção refere-se a linhagens bacterianas que são projetadas para aumento de produção de aminoácidos, incluindo aminoácidos derivados de aspartato (por exemplo, metionina, usina, treonina, isoleuema, e S-adenosil metionina (S-AM) e cisteina, e metabólitos relacionados são descritos. As cepas podem ser geneticamente engenheiradas para abrigarem uma ou mais moléculas de ácido nucléico (por exemplo, moléculas de ácido nucléico recombinante) codificando um polipeptídeo (por exemplo, um polipeptídeo que é heterólogo ou homólogo para a célula hospedeira) e/ou elas podem ser engenheiradas para aumentar ou diminuir expressão e/ou atividade de polipeptídeos (por exemplo, através de mutação de seqúências de ácido nucléico endógenas).
