Abstract

extrato aquoso de aphanizomenon flos aquae, composição sólida, composição, ligante de selectina purificado isolado a partir de uma alga verde-azulada, composição farmacêutica, uso de um ligante de selectina purificado, uso de uma composição, método para isolar um ligante de selectina e ligante de selectina. a presente invenção refere-se a extratos de alga verde-azulada, tal como aphanizomenon fios aquae, que são enriquecidos por um ligante da selectina, tal como um ligante da l-selectina. os ligantes da selectina isola- dos de células de alga verde-azulada são descritos aqui. os métodos são descritos para isolar estes ligantes da selectina. os ligantes da selectina pu- rificada encontram uso na indução de mobilização de célula-tronco em um indivíduo. desta maneira, os métodos para induzir o isolamento de célula- tronco que incluem administrar uma quantidade terapeuticamente eficaz do extrato enriquecido formam o ligante da selectina, ou um ligante da selectina isolado.
