Abstract

um equipamento e um método para formar núcleos absorventes colocados via ar. a presente invenção se refere a um equipamento para formar núcleos absorventes colocados via ar (15, 16), compreendendo uma primeira e uma segunda roda de formação de manta (1, 2), cada uma das rodas de formação de manta tendo uma série de moldes (3, 4) ao longo de sua superfície periférica, meios de deposição via ar (6, 10 e 8, 12) para fornecer material fibroso carregado por ar aos moldes em cada roda de formação de manta, meios de sucção (13, 14) mantendo os elementos de núcleo formados nos respectivos moldes durante uma parte do trajeto dos moldes nas respectivas rodas e meios de formação para transferir um elemento de núcleo (16) na segunda roda de formação de manta para um elemento de núcleo (15) na primeira roda de formação de manta enquanto o último elemento de núcleo ainda é mantido em seu molde, pelo menos meios de colocação (8, 12) associados com a segunda roda de formação de manta compreendendo meios para fornecer uma mistura de material fibroso carregado por ar e de partículas separadas. de acordo com a invenção os meios (5, 9 e 7, 11) são arranjados aplicando uma camada protetora (22, 23) ao fundo de cada molde (3, 4) pelo menos da segunda roda de formação de manta (2), cuja camada protetora (22, 23) tem a função de proteger o molde das partículas separadas durante a colocação via ar de uma mistura de material fibroso carregado por ar e de partículas separadas e para impedir as partículas separadas de sairem do segundo elemento de núcleo durante e após a transferência, e as duas rodas de formação de manta (1, 2) formam um estreitamento entre si, que o segundo elemento de núcleo (16) se juntará ao primeiro elemento de núcleo (15) antes da transferência.
