Abstract

PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UM DISPOSITIVO DE CRIVO SIMéTRICO EM ROTAçãO, ESPECIALMENTE CILìNDRICO. O processo se destina à fabricação de dispositivos de crivo simétricos em rotação, especialmente cilíndricos, para o tratamento de suspensões fibrosas. Em tais crivos, uma pluralidade de barras perfiladas dispostas axialmente paralelas são inseridas e fixadas em suportes de barras (1) curvados na periferia externa. A forma definitiva do dispositivo de crivo é produzida por deformação, sendo que as forças requeridas quando da deformação incidem p.ex.em dois ou quatro pontos (8, 9), que se situam na periferia interna dos suportes de barras (1), e são dirigidas de tal maneira que é aumentado o raio de curvatura.
