Abstract
PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UM DISPOSITIVO DE CRIVO SIMéTRICO EM ROTAçãO, ESPECIALMENTE CILìNDRICO. O processo se destina à fabricação de dispositivos de crivo simétricos em rotação, especialmente cilíndricos, para o tratamento de suspensões fibrosas. Em tais crivos, uma pluralidade de barras perfiladas dispostas axialmente paralelas são inseridas e fixadas em suportes de barras (1) curvados na periferia externa. A forma definitiva do dispositivo de crivo é produzida por deformação, sendo que as forças requeridas quando da deformação incidem p.ex. em dois ou quatro pontos (6, 9), que se situam na periferia interna dos suportes de barras (1), e são dirigidas de tal maneira que é aumentado o raio de curvatura.
