Abstract

MéTODO PARA IMPREGNAçãO DE CAVACOS EM UM SISTEMA DE DIGESTãO CONTìNUO. A presente invenção se refere a um método para impregnação de cavacos em um sistema de digestão contínuo, compreendendo pelo menos um vaso de impregnação (101) e um digestor (102). O sistema de digestão compreende também um trocador de calor (107), o qual é disposto entre uma primeira linha de retorno (106a/1065), com retirada de fluido de um separador de topo (105a/105b) e uma linha de licor negro (108), com retirada de licor negro do digestor (102). O trocador de calor (107) permite a transferência de calor entre as duas linhas. A invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que a parte principal dos teores de fluido do vaso de impregnação (101) é constituída de umidade dos cavacos, condensado de vapor, licor branco adicionado e fluido retirado do separador de topo na primeira linha de retorno (106a/106b), pelo que o fluido de impregnação no vaso de impregnação, não contém qualquer substancial quantidade de licor negro proveniente do digestor. Desse modo, é estabelecido um vaso de impregnação que é hidraulicamente isolado, no qual o fluxo de fluido e o estabelecimento de seu teor de álcali ocorre sem qualquer influência do fluxo de fluido no processamento do digestor.
