Abstract

MéTODO E APARELHO PARA REMOVER CALOR DE FORMA NãO INVASIVA DE CéLULAS RICAS EM LIPìDIOS SUBCUTáNEAS INCLUINDO UM REFRIGERANTE TENDO UMA TEMPERATURA DE TRANSIçãO DE FASES Dispositivos de resfriamento, tais como um dispositivo condutivo termicamente, sistemas e métodos para remover calor de células ricas em lipídios subcutâneas e, mais particularmente, um refrigerante em uma membrana flexível em que o refrigerante preferivelmente tem uma temperatura de transição de fases menor do que ou aproximadamente igual à cerca de 0<198>C. O dispositivo condutivo termicamente pode ter compartimentos com temperaturas de transição de fases variando para proporcionar resfriamento diferencial a uma região de tratamento. Alternativamente, o dispositivo condutivo termicamente tem uma estratificação de camadas com temperaturas de transição de fases variando para proporcionar um perfil de temperatura crescente ou decrescente. O dispositivo condutivo termicamente pode ter adicionalmente uma configuração conformal de modo anatómico.
