Abstract

PROTEìNAS DA TEIA DE ARANHA NEPHILENGYS CRUENTATA, AVICULARIA JURUENSIS E PARAWIXIA BISTRIATA ISOLADAS DA BIODIVERSIDADE BRASILEIRA. A presente invenção está relacionada com moléculas isoladas de ácido nucleico que codificam proteínas da teia de aranha ou um fragmentos das mesmas ou outras derivações das mesmas A invenção ainda discorre sobre um gene quimérico e um vetor de expressão contendo a molécula isolada de ácido nucleico que codifica para a proteína da teia de aranha de Nephilengv critentata, Avicularia juruensis e Parawix,a bistriata. Uma outra concretização da presente invenção são células transformadas contendo o gene quimérico ou o vetor de expressão da presente invenção. Ainda uma outra concretização da presente invenção diz respeito a um método de obtenção de orgamsmos geneticamente modificados contendo genes quiméricos ou vetores de expressão inventivos e a um método de obtenção de proteínas recombínantes da seda das aranhas Ncphilcngy crucutata, Ai 'icularia juruensis e Paraw,x,a bístriata Finalmente, a invenção descreve produtos, tais como biofilamentos e composições, utilizando-se da proteína recombínante da presente invenção. A descoberta de novas proteínas da seda de aranhas, bem como sua caracterização e expressão em diferentes sistemas heteíólogos será de grande utilidade para inúmeras áreas, 2omo a médica e industrial.
