Abstract
DISPOSIçãO DE BLOQUEIO PARA CHAMAS E PROCESSO PARA INSERçãO DE FUROS NA DISPOSIçãO DE BLOQUEIO CONTRA CHAMAS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma disposição de bloqueio contra chamas, que está formada por duas fitas metálicas (8,9), enroladas, em conjunto, para um disco com um perímetro externo aproximadamente circular, das quais uma primeira fita metálica (8) é uma fita lisa e a segunda fita metálica (9) é uma fita canelada, que apresenta uma canelura definida, sendo que as duas fitas (8,9), por encosto uma na outra formam uma fenda (11) definida para uma passagem de fluido e são retidas em posição uma à outra por pinos de fixação inseridos em furos (6) radiais, é obtida a inserção dos furos (6) radiais por erosão de faíscas, sem deformação da fenda, também na região dos furos, pelo fato de que os furos (6) são inseridos por erosão de faíscas, sem deformação da canelura moldada na segunda fita metálica, de modo que as fendas (11) estão presentes também na região dos furos (6), de modo definido pela canelura.
