Abstract

ESTRUTURA DE SUPORTE DE BARRA DE TORÇçO DE RETRATOR DE CINTO DE SEGURANÇA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma estrutura de suporte de barra de torção de um retrator de cinto de segurança capaz de rodar suavemente uma barra de torção rotativa e impedir a deformação da barra de torção devido ao momento aplicado na barra de torção acoplando elementos de suporte em ambas as extremidades da barra de torção. A estrutura de suporte de barra de torção de um retrator de cinto de segurança inclui um alojamento que constitui um corpo principal do retrator de cinto de segurança, um tambor de guia rotativamente acoplado ao alojamento, uma barra de torção inserida no tambor de guia, um elemento de base fixado em um lado do alojamento, um elemento de travamento fixado no outro lado do alojamento, e um cilindro acomodando um pistão no mesmo para rodar um elemento de engrenagem fixado no elemento de base, a estrutura compreendendo: um elemento de mancal acoplado ao elemento de engrenagem, e uma tampa circundando uma extremidade de uma haste de fixação de cobertura se projetando do elemento de travamento, em que o elemento de mancal e a tampa suportam rotativamente a barra de torção quando o momento de rotação é aplicado em uma direção circunferencial e uma direção axial da barra de torção. Desde que uma barra de torção é suportada rotativamente por um elemento de mancal e uma tampa, a barra de torção pode ser rodada suavemente por momento aplicado em uma direção axial da mesma. Em adição, embora o momento axial é aplicado, é possível impedir a variação de posição e deformação da barra de torção. Adicionalmente, a resistência de contato entre um conector e uma projeção pode ser reduzida quando a barra de torção é rodada, e assim a barra de torção pode ser suavemente rodada.
