Abstract
FORMULAÇÃO LIPOSSOMAL COM O FÁRMACO NISTATINA A presente invenção trata do desenvolvimento de formulação lipossomal, contendo a Nistatina destinada a aplicações em micoses sistêmicas, bem como, diminuir a toxicidade do fármaco quando aplicado na forma parenteral. A invenção é capaz de carrear o antifúngico Nistatina e promover uma liberação sustentada do referido fármaco. O invento envolve o preparo de formulação lipossomal com uma composição em percentagem molar de: 70% de Fosfatidilcolina hidrogenada (HSPC); 20% de Colesterol; 10% de Diestearoilfosfatidilglicerol (DSPG), 1,3% de 2,6 - bis (1,1-dimetil) - 4 - metil fenol (BHT) e 7% de Nistatina, a caracterização físico-química do sistema e a investigação da atividade biológica, pelo teste de susceptibilidade. As preparações foram testadas com leveduras dos gêneros Candida e Cryptococcus. A formulação lipossomal com o fármaco nistatina aplica-se, especialmente, aos indivíduos portadores de miscoses sistêmicas, tais como: os imunodeprimidos.
