CABEÇOTE ÓPTICO DE CAMPO PRÓXIMO, DISPOSITIVO DE CABEÇOTE ÓPTICO DE CAMPO PRÓXIMO, DISPOSITIVO DE INFORMAÇÃO ÓPTICA DE CAMPO PRÓXIMO E SISTEMA DE INFORMAÇÃO ÓPTICA DE CAMPO PRÓXIMO Um cabeçote óptico de campo próximo convencional não pode ser miniaturizado pois um corpo de difusão que gera um campo próximo e um cabeçote óptico existem individualmente. Um cabeçote óptico de campo próximo capaz de ser miniaturizado de modo significativo é constituído por um controle deslizante de sonda óptica de campo próximo formado para segurar, em um controle deslizante, um laser semicondutor, um elemento de dissipação de calor, um prisma para guiar a luz do laser semicondutor para um corpo de difusão e um elemento fotodetector.
