Abstract

VEìCULO DE EXPRESSãO DE MULTIGENES, VETOR DE EXPRESSãO DE VEìCULO DE EXPRESSãO DE MULTIGENES, CéLULA DE PLANTA, PLANTA TRANSGêNICA, VETOR DE TRANSFORMAçãO DE PLANTA, MéTODOS DE EXPRESSAR CONCORRENTEMENTE DUAS A OITO PROTEìNAS, E DE EXPRESSAR CONCORRENTEMENTE 3 A 8 PROTEìNAS EM UMA CéLULA DE PLANTA. Um veículo de expressão de multigenes (MGEV) consistindo essencialmente de um polinucleotídeo compreendendo 2 a 8 segmentos de domínio, D, cada domínio codificando uma proteína funcional, cada domínio sendo unido no seguinte em uma seqílóncia linear por um segmento Ligador (L) codificando um peptideo Ligador, os segmentos D e L estando todos na mesma matriz de leitura, e pelo menos um dos domínios não é um inibidor de protease de tipo dois.
