Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO DE BORRACHA PARA VULCANIZAÇÃO, PRODUTO VULCANIZADO, E PEÇA DE BORRACHA AUTOMOTIVA. A presente invenção apresenta um material de borracha vulcanizada tendo elevada resistência térmica, enquanto que mantendo resistência a ozônio de uma borracha de epihalohidrina, e uma composição de borracha para vulcanização, para produção da mesma. A invenção ainda apresenta um material de borracha vulcanizada e uma composição de borracha para vulcanização, que pode alcançar os objetivos acima, sem usar um composto de organoníquel levantando preocupações sobre toxicidade ou, se usado, o uso do mesmo na menor quantidade possível. A presente invenção se refere a uma composição de borracha para vulcanização, compreendendo (a) 100 partes em peso de uma borracha de epihalohidrina, (b) 0,01 a 0,05 partes em peso de um sal de cobre de ácido ditiocarbâmico, (c) um aceitador ácido, e (d) um agente vulcanizador do tipo politiol ou um agente vulcanizador do tipo poliol, um material de borracha vulcanizada obtido por vulcanização da composição, e uma peça de borracha automotiva compreendendo o material de borracha vulcanizada.
