Abstract

SISTEMA DE SUPORTE PARA VIA DE GUINDASTE DE AÇO PARA ALTAS SOLICITAÇÕES. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de suporte de via de guindaste de aço para altas solicitações com distâncias de apoio maiores do que 7 m, de preferência maiores do que 10 m, constituído por um cinturão superior e por uma chapa de segmento ligada a este, na qual se acha conectado um cinturão inferior e com um trilho de via de guindaste disposto sobre o cinturão superior. Para que em um sistema desse tipo seja possível reduzir o dispêndio em fabricação e uma produção econômica, propõe-se que o cinturão superior (1), a chapa de segmento (3) e o cinturão inferior (4) sejam configurados como um sistema de suporte integrado, sendo que o cinturão superior (1) é constituído por dois corpos tubulares (2, 2') dispostos um ao lado do outro na extensão longitudinal, entre os quais está disposta e ligada fixamente com eles a chapa de segmento (3) munida de escoras transversais (5) distanciadas em direção longitudinal em uma rede fixa, sendo que a extremidade superior da chapa de segmento (3) se estende no máximo até a aresta superior dos corpos tubulares (2, 2').
