Abstract
Eixo dotado de um magneto para uma válvula de ajuste do fluxo de ar em um motor a combustão interna. é descrito um método de manufatura de um eixo (6), dotado de um magneto (24) para uma válvula (1) de ajuste do fluxo de ar em um motor a combustão interna; o método apresentando as etapas de: dispor de um primeiro molde (26), o qual reproduz o negativo do formato do eixo (6) e determina a formação da sede (28) para um magneto (24); injetar um material plástico fundido dentro do molde (26) de modo a formar o eixo (6) dotado de uma sede (28) para o magneto (24) através da moldagem por injeção; dispor de um segundo molde (27), o qual envolve a sede (28) para o magneto (24); e injetar um polímero magnético fundido dentro do segundo molde (27) para formar o magneto (24), através da moldagem por injeção.
