AçO PARA TRABALHO A QUENTE, EXCELENTE EM CAPACIDADE DE USINAGEM E VALOR DE IMPACTO. A presente invenção refere-se a um aço para trabalho a quente excelente em capacidade de usinagem e valor de impacto compreendendo, em % em massa, C: 0,06 a 0,85%, Si: 0,01 a 1,5%, Mn: 0,05 a 2,0%, P: 0,005 a 0,2%, S:0,001 a 0,35%, e AI: 0,06 a 1,0% e N: 0,016% ou menos, em teores que satisfaçam AI x N x 10^5^<243> 96, e um saldo de Fe e as inevitáveis impurezas, volume total de precipitados de AIN de um diâmetro de círculo equivalente excedendo 200 nm respondendo por 20% ou menos do volume total de todos os precipitados de AIN.
