Abstract

CáMARA PNEUMáTICA E UM PROCESSO PARA RECAUCHUTAR A BANDA DE RODAGEM DE UM PNEUMáTICO. Câmara pneumática e um processo para recauchutar uma câmara pneumática é provido. A câmara pneumática recauchutada possui uma carcaça e uma região de coroa em que a região de coroa compreende uma estrutura de cinta de reforço posicionada entre a carcaça e a banda de rodagem. A câmara pneumática recauchutada também compreende uma camada de amortecimento sem cimentação posicionada radialmente na parte externa da referida estrutura de cinta de reforço, e uma ou mais lonas de reforço posicionadas radialmente na parte externa da camada de amortecimento sem cimentação. A uma ou mais lonas de reforço é formada a partir de uma faixa substancialmente contínua de elastómero reforçado que é enrolada a partir de um lado da coroa até o outro lado em um modo substancialmente contínuo. A lona de reforço pode ser formada a partir de enrolamento disposto de forma espiral da faixa em torno da carcaça, ou uma ou mais lonas de reforço podem ser formadas a partir do enrolamento da faixa em torno da carcaça em um padrão zig-zag.
