Abstract

ESTRUTURA DE CABEçA DE CONEXãO DE TUBO DE INJEçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL DE PRESSãO ALTA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma estrutura de cabeça de conexão de um tubo de injeção e combustível de pressão alta para evitar uma interferência entre um flange anular e uma parte oposta mantendo suficientemente uma extensão de direção axial de tubo da cabeça de conexão e para obter uma boa selabilidade para impedir vazamento durante processamento de autocorrosão com uma pressão alta não menor do que 300 MPa. Uma estrutura de cabeça de conexão de um tubo de injeção e combustível de pressão alta inclui, em uma parte de extremidade de conexão do tubo de aço fino de parede espessa, uma face de base esférica, um flange anular, e uma face cónica circular que se estende continuamente da face de base, em que são montadas uma arruela e uma porta de fixação, caracterizada pelo fato de que quando um tubo de aço fino de parede espessa é dotado de t (espessura de parede) ID (diâmetro externo) <0,3, uma distância de direção axial de tubo Li de uma extremidade de cabeça de conexão para a face posterior do flange anular é de 0,38D a O,7D, um raio de corpo esférico R da face de base é de 0,45D a 0,65D, e um diâmetro externo Dl do flange anular é de 1,2D a 1,4D, em que uma face circular interna da cabeça de conexão inclui uma face estreitada de dois estágios sendo dotada de uma configuração de seção transversal na direção axial de tubo que alarga em direção à abertura do tubo.
