Abstract

APARELHO E MéTODO PARA MONTAGEM E DESMONTAGEM DE UM MOLDE DE VULCANIZAçãO DE PNEU. Aparelho e método para montagem e desmontagem de segmentos de molde em direções axial e radial que formam um molde de formato toroidal. O aparelho inclui aparelho de agarrar molde engatando e desengatando operativamente o molde; e aparelho de transporte de molde para mover operativamente o aparelho de agarrar molde e molde engatado entre uma estação de montagem e desmontagem de molde e uma estação de vulcanização de pneu. O aparelho de agarrar molde engata e destrava um segmento de costado de molde superior e aparelho de carregamento de molde engata e destrava um segmento de costado de molde inferior. O aparelho de fechamento de segmento de banda de rodagem é fornecido para abrir e fechar operativamente os segmentos de banda de rodagem do molde em uma direção radial.
