Abstract
método para a identificação de risco com relação a distúrbio de tireoide. a presente invenção refere-se & um método pera o identificação de um paciente que esteja em risco com relação ao desenvolvimento de um distúrbio na tireoide subsequente ao tratamento com um regime depletivo de linfócitos, compreendendo determinar se os anticorpos direcionados contra a peroxidase da tireoide ou microssomos da tireoide esto presentes no paciente, em que, se os anticorpos estiverem presentes no paciente, então o paciente esta em risco aumentado com relação ao desenvolvimento de um distúrbio na tireoide. uma modalidade especifica 6 um método para identificar um paciente com esclerose múltipla que esteja em risco de desenvolver um distúrbio na tireoide que ocorra em seguida ao tratamento com um regime depletivo de células positivas para o cd52, compreendendo determinar ?se o anticorpos direcionados contra a peroxidase da tireoide ou microssomos da tireoide estão presentes no paciente, em que, se os anticorpos estiverem presentes no paciente, então 0 paciente esta em risco com relação ao desenvolvimento do distúrbio da tireoide.
