Abstract
APARELHOS PARA USO NO CONTROLE DE FLUXO DE GÁS DE COBERTURA EM UMA INSTALAÇÃO DE SOLDAGEM ELÉTRICA, E DE UM ABASTECIMENTO DE GÁS DE COBERTURA PARA UMA UNIDADE DE MÁQUINA DE SOLDAGEM ELÉTRICA. Aparelho e método para uso no controle de fluxo de gás de cobertura em uma instalação de soldagem elétrica, onde a soldagem é executada usando-se um eletrodo de soldagem em conexão elétrica com uma unidade de máquina de soldagem. O aparelho compreende um dispositivo de medição elétrica tendo um sensor de corrente 3 adaptado para determinar a magnitude de uma corrente de soldagem elétrica conduzida em um circuito incorporando o eletrodo de soldagem e tendo uma saída de sensor de corrente adaptada para prover um sinal I indicando a magnitude da corrente, e um sensor de voltagem 11 adaptado para determinar a magnitude de uma corrente elétrica sendo aplicada ao eletrodo de soldagem e tendo uma saída de sensor de voltagem para prover um sinal U indicando a magnitude da voltagem, e um dispositivo de controle 6. O dispositivo de controle 6 tem entradas conectadas à saída do sensor de corrente e à saída do sensor de voltagem, respectivamente, e uma saída de sinal de controle para prover um sinal de controle a um controlador de fluxo de gás de cobertura 7, e um controlador adaptado para prover o sinal de controle como a) um sinal de controle de uma primeira magnitude predeterminada quando o sinal de U for maior do que o primeiro limiar de U e o sinal I for menor do que um primeiro limiar de I, e b) um sinal de controle de uma magnitude variando proporcionalmente com o sinal I quando o sinal I for maior do que o primeiro limiar de I.
