Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO AGLUTINANTE BETUMINOSA E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAÇÃO DA MESMA A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparação de uma composição aglutinante betuminosa modificada por polímero na ausência substancial de agentes de reticulação por aquecimento de um componente de betume em um tanque de agitação a uma temperatura de 433,15 a 494,15 K (160 °C a 221 °C), adição de uma composição de copolímero em bloco para o componente de betume enquanto o componente de betume estiver sendo agitado para formar uma mistura homogênea do componente de betume e da composição de copolímero em bloco, e continuação da agitação da mistura homogênea enquanto é mantida a temperatura de 453,15 a 494,15 K (180 °C a 221 °C) por um período de tempo total de 4 horas a 30 horas formando, assim, uma composição aglutinante betuminosa modificada por polímero curado.
