Abstract
DISPOSITIVO DE REFRIGERAÇÃO PARA A REFRIGERAÇÃO DE UMA TIRA DE METAL. A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de refrigeração (100) para a refrigeração de uma tira de metal (200) após uma deformação em uma armação de laminador a frio (300), sendo que o dispositivo de refrigeração abrange ao menos um bocal (112) para injeção de um meio de refrigeração (400) sobre superfície da tira de metal (200). Para se tornar esses dispositivos de refrigeração conhecidos mais eficazes e eficientes, segundo a invenção se propôe que seja prevista uma placa (500), que fica disposta em uma posição operacional paralela à superfície da tira de metal (200) na saída da armação de laminador a frio (300), e o bocal na posição operacional seja disposto de tal maneira que o meio de refrigeração seja injetado sob um ângulo de injeção aguda (Alfa) em um compartimento oco entre a superfície da tira de metal e a placa contraposta com uma direção de injeção (R) contra a direção de curso (L) da tira de metal.
