Abstract

APARELHO DE ASSENTAMENTO DE TUBULAÇÃO E METODO. A presente invenção se refere a um aparelho para o abaixamento de um artigo alongado, como, por exemplo, uma tubulação, a partir de uma embarcação. O aparelho inclui uma torre provida com um aparelho de tensionamento que suspende a tubulação que é assentada no mar. À torre é montada sobre um pivô a fim de permitir que a mesma se incline em um ângulo fora do vertical de modo a corresponder ao eixo geométrico da tubulação que está sendo assentada. O aparelho inclui ainda uma braçadeira de suspensão um aparelho de abandono de modo a largar a tubulação no leito do mar após assentamento. O aparelho de abandono pode ser operado de modo a-independentemente suspender ou baixar artigos ao longo de um eixo geométrico de abandono espaçado de um eixo geométrico inclinado. Ainda, o aparelho é capaz de alinhar o eixo geométrico de abandono e a braçadeira de suspensão um ao outro, enquanto suporta o artigo. É igualmente provido um aparelho para prender uma tubulação que é assentada a partir de uma embarcação de assentamento de tubulação ao longo de um eixo geométrico de assentamento de tubulação. Este aparelho é dotado de uma braçadeira de tubulação inclinável entre uma configuração operacional, na qual a braçadeira fica substancialmente alinhada com o eixo geométrico de assentamento de tubulação, e uma configuração rebocada, na qual a braçadeira fica alinhada ao eixo geométrico longitudinal da embarcação.
