Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM COMPOSTO, E, COMPOSTO. Divulgado é um processo para produzir o composto C representado pela fórmula C: [Fórmula química 1] [1] em que R' representa alquilcarbonila C2-6 de cadeia reta, cadeia ramificada, ou cíclico, em que Rib é usado como um grupo protetor para hidroxila na posição 7 do composto C. Rip representa formila; alquilcarbonila C1-4 de cadeia reta opcionalmente substituído; benzila opcionalmente substituído; grupo -SIR3R4R5 opcionalmente substituído por átomo de halogênio em que R1, R4, e R5 todos independentemente representam alquila ou fenila C,.e de cadeia reta ou cadeia ramificada; alquilóxi C1-6.e-alquila C1-6 opcionalmente substituído por átomo de halogênio; alquiltio C1-6alquila C1-6 opcionalmente substituído por átomo de halogênio; alquila C1-4 de cadeia reta, cadeia ramificada, ou cíclico opcionalmente substituido por átomo de halogênio, contanto que, quando alquila no grupo alquila C1-4 for de um tipo de cadeia ramificada ou cíclico, o grupo alquila é alquila C3-4; alquenila C2-6 opcionalmente substituído por átomo de halogênio; alquinila C2-6 opcionalmente substituído por átomo de halogênio; ou um grupo heterocíclico de cinco ou seis membros saturado ou insaturado opcionalmente substituído. O processo pode produzir derivado de piripiropeno que têm grupos acilóxi nas posições 1 e 11 e um grupo hidroxila na posição 7, com um alto rendimento. O derivado de piripiropeno é útil como um agente de controle de praga.
