Abstract

composto de aspirinato de isossorbida, composição farmacêutica, e, seu uso a aspirina é uma das drogas mais amplamente usados no tratamento da inflamação, da dor e da febre. mais recentemente, ela tem encontrado aplicação na prevenção de ataques cardíacos e acidente vascular cerebral e está sendo estudada como um agente quimiopreventivo do câncer. apesar do seu valor, a aspirina continua a ser subutilizada por que esta causa hemorragia gástrica. a tecnologia sob desenvolvimento potencialmente remove este problema. esta é intencionada reduzir o contato entre a droga e o revestimento intestinal. um composto de aspirinato de isossorbida de pródroga é deste modo fornecido. o composto tem a estrutura geral como apresentado na fórmula geral (i) em que y é um éster de alquila cl - c8, um éster de alcóxi cl - c8, um éster de cicloalquila c3 - c10, um éster arílico, um éster de alquilarila cl - c8 ou um -c(o)oranel, em que ranel é um anel aromático de 5 membros ou não aromático de 5 membros tendo pelo menos um heteroátomo substituído por um carbono no sistema de anéis, que pode ser não substituído ou substituído com pelo menos um grupo de liberação de óxido nítrico.
