elemento de segurança. a presente invenção refere-se a um elemento de segurança (1) para a identificação e autenticação de objetos. o elemento se apresenta na forma de uma etiqueta autoadesiva que é ligada a um objeto. ele apresenta características que evitam efetivamente o descolamento livre de danos do elemento e do objeto. o elemento de segurança possui um código ótico (2) para identificação e apresenta marcas características de fabricação aleatórias, por meio das quais é possível a autenticação: por irradiação com radiação eletromagnética, uma região de espalhamento (3) do elemento de segurança emite um sinal de espalhamento característico. a invenção se refere ainda ao emprego do elemento de segurança para identificação e autenticação de objetos, assim como para proteção contra falsificações e um processo para identificação e autenticação de objetos por meio do elemento de segurança de acordo com a invenção.
