Abstract

SISTEMA DE CHAVE DE TORQUE PARA MULTIPARAFUSO OU PORCA, MÉTODO PARA INSTALAR UMA COLUNA DE RISER A PARTIR DE UNIA PLATAFORMA E MÉTODO PARA REMOVER UMA COLUNA DE RISER DE UMA PLATAFORMA. A presente invenção provê uma chave de torque para multiparafuso e porca para instalar e remover parafusos ou porcas de juntas flangeadas cu similares, incluindo uma pluralidade de estações de torque, tendo uma pluralidade de chaves de torque alto para engatar cabeças dos parafusos ou porcas na fase de torque alto durante remoção ou instalação; uma pluralidade de motores de torque baixo operativamente engatada às chaves para girar parafusos ou porcas durante a fase de torque baixo de remoção ou instalação; uma fonte de fluido hidráulico para acionar os motores de torque baixo durante a fase de torque baixo, e acionar as chaves de torque alto durante a fase de torque alto; e um mecanismo para alternar entre as duas fases, dependendo do torque requerido.
