Abstract

SUPORTE DE LANÇA. A presente invenção refere-se a um suporte de lança 1 caracterizado por um alto grau de segurança operacional que é equipado com uma montagem ou cm um tubo de fixação que de forma segura impede uma rotação mesmo de um tubo de lança arqueado 2 no suporte de lança 1. A cabeça de fechamento 3 possui uma parte de fixação 4 e uma parte de fechamento 5, a qual garante uma fixação puntiforme por meio de elementos de pressão que podem ser deslocados 14, particularmente na forma de esferas 15. Pelo menostrês tais esferas 15 são dispostas através da circunferência de uma maneira distribuída, e garantem a fixação segura através de uma grande faixa de tolerâncias com respeito às dimensões dos tubos de lança 2. A dita região com grande tolerância é adicionalmente segura pelo fato de que as luvas de vedação 6 possuindo um diâmetro interior maior podem ser utilizadas, desde que as mesmas não são mais deformadas na direção longitudinal de modo a proporcionar a vedação, mas ao invés disso são deformadas na direção radial. Em resumo, o alto grau de segurança operacional também é completado pela associação de um chip 47 e/ou da conexão de um nanorevestimento.
