Abstract

APARELHO MISTURADOR/ALIMENTADOR E DISPOSITIVO PARA USO EM CONJUNTO COM UM APARELHO MISTURADOR/ALIMENTADOR A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo (50) para monitorar a operação de um carrinho misturador/alimentador (1) e para determinar momentos durante um ciclo de mistura durante os quais os ingredientes do alimento animal devem ser carregados no carrinho alimentador/misturador (1). O carrinho misturador/alimentador (1) compreende um compartimento de mistura (14) dentro do qual um misturador tipo pá (17) é rotativo para misturar os ingredientes da batelada de alimento animal. Os sensores de carga (9) produzem sinais indicativos do peso atual dos ingredientes no compartimento de mistura (14) que são lidos por um microprocessador (55) do dispositivo (50). Um sensor de proximidade (38) conta o número de revoluções do misturador tipo pá 17. Detalhes dos ingredientes da batelada do alimento animal juntamente com os pesos dos ingredientes respectivos são armazenados em uma RAM (56) no dispositivo (50) além dos momentos durante um ciclo de mistura nos quais os ingredientes respectivos devem ser carregados no compartimento de mistura (14) com base na contagem de revoluções do misturador tipo pá (17) a partir do início do ciclo de mistura. O microprocessador (55) em resposta aos sinais do sensor de proximidade (38) envia um sinal para ativar uma sirene (67) para indicar quando o próximo ingrediente deve ser carregado no compartimento de mistura (14).
