Abstract
bloco de reação cíclica térmica em aparelhos de monitorização contínua em tempo real e uso do mesmo é divulgado um aparelho de tempo real, compreendendo um bloco de reação cíclica térmica com bloco de aquecimento, que é formado de uma peça oca e dividido por uma camada isolante, e um tubo capilar por meio do qual uma amostra é fluiu internamente e/ou externamente e que é enrolada em um bloco de aquecimento, para que as diferentes temperaturas sejam transferidas e, portanto, o ciclo de reação é executado repetidamente; uma fonte de luz, um filtro passa-banda, com uma lente de condensação, um divisor de feixe, um espelho que reflete que é giratoriamente conectado com um motor de forma a transferir a luz de excitação refletida do divisor de feixe para o tubo capilar e refletem a fluorescência gerada a partir da amostra no tubo capilar, e uma parte de detecção de fluorescência.
