Claims (21)
- REIVINDICAÇÕES1. Tela para pintura à base de fibras de vidro compreendendo um acabamento destinado a formar um revestimento de uma superfície interna de uma construção, caracterizada pelo fato de que contém um agente apto a aprisionar o formaldeído escolhido entre os compostos com metileno(s) ativo(s), as hidrazidas, os taninos, as amidas, os aminoácidos, os peptídeos e as proteínas.

Tela de acordo com a reivindicação 2, caracterizada pelo fato de que o composto de fórmula (II) é o 2-metilcianoacetato, o 2-etilcianoacetato, o 2-npropilcianoacetato, o 2-iso-propilcianoacetato, o 2-n-butilcianoacetato, o 2-isobutilcianoacetato, o 2-ter-butilcianoacetato, o 2-cianoacetamida e o propanodinitrila.
- 5. Tela de acordo com a reivindicação 2, caracterizada pelo fato de que o composto de fórmula (III) é o trimetilalpropano triacetoacetato e o trimetilalpropano tricianoacetato.
- 6. Tela de acordo com a reivindicação 2, caracterizada pelo fato de que o composto de fórmula (IV) é a 1,3-ciclohexanodiona e o ácido de Meldrum.

Tela de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fato de que a hidrazida é escolhida entre:a) as mono-hidrazidas de fórmula R1CONHNH2 em que Ri representa um radical alquila ou um radical arila, um átomo de hidrogênio dos referidos radicais alquila ou arila podendo ser substituído por um grupo hidróxi ou um átomo de halogênio, e o referido radical arila podendo ser substituído por um radical alquila,Petição 870190080219, de 19/08/2019, pág. 11/234/6b) as di-hidrazidas de fórmula H2NHN-X-NHNH2 em que X representa um radical -CO- ou -CO-Y-CO, e Y é um radical alquileno ou um radical arileno, um átomo de hidrogênio dos referidos radicais alquileno ou arileno podendo ser substituído por um grupo hidróxi ou um átomo de halogênio, e o referido radical arila podendo ser substituído por um radical alquila,c) as poli-hidrazidas, como as tri-hidrazidas, as tetra-hidrazidas e as polihidrazidas formadas a partir de um monômero hidrazida contendo um grupo polimerizável.

Tela de acordo com a reivindicação 7, caracterizada pelo fato de que a hidrazida é a di-hidrazida de ácido oxálico, a di-hidrazida de ácido malônico, a dihidrazida de ácido succínico, a di-hidrazida de ácido adípico, a di-hidrazida de ácido sebácico, a di-hidrazida de ácido maleico, a di-hidrazida de ácido fumárico, a dihidrazida de ácido diglicólico, a di-hidrazida de ácido tártrico, a di-hidrazida de ácido málico, a di-hidrazida de ácido isoftálico, a di-hidrazida de ácido tereftálico, o carbohidrazida, a tri-hidrazida de ácido cítrico, a tri-hidrazida de ácido piromelítico, a 1,2,4benzenotridrazida, a tri-hidrazida de ácido nitriloacético, a tri-hidrazida de ácido ciclohexano-tricarboxílico, a tetra-hidrazida de ácido etilenodiaminetetraacético, a tetrahidrazida de ácido 1, 4, 5, 8-naftóico, uma poli (hidrazida de ácido acrílico) ou uma poli (hidrazida de ácido metacrílico).
- 9. Tela de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fato de que o tanino é um tanino de mimosa, de quebracho, de pinho, de nozes de pécan, madeiras de cigue ou de sumac.
- 10. Tela de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fato de que a amida é a uréia, a 1,3-dimetiluréia, a etilenouréia ou os seus derivados, a biuréia, o biureto, o triureto, a acrilamida, a metacrilamida, poliacrilamidas e as polimetacrilamidas.
- 11. Tela de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 10, caracterizada pelo fato de que o teor em composto apto a aprisionar o formaldeído varia de 0,1 a 500 g/m2.

- 13. Tela de acordo com a reivindicação 12, caracterizada pelo fato de que o teor em composto apto a aprisionar o formaldeído varia de 1 a 50 g/m2.
- 14. Tela de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 13, caracterizada pelo fato de ser à base de fibras de vidro e de fibras constituídas de uma matéria orgânica termoplástica.

Tela de acordo com a reivindicação 14, caracterizada pelo fato de que se trata de um tecido obtido a partir de fios de vidro compostos de uma multiplicidade de filamentos de vidro (ou fio de base) ou derivados destes fios, ou de fios mistos compreendendo pelo menos um fio de vidro composto de uma multiplicidade de filamentos de vidro e pelo menos um fio composto de uma multiplicidade de filamentos da matéria orgânica termoplástica acima citada, ou fios “co-misturados” constituídos de filamentos de vidro e filamentos da matéria orgânica acima citada intimamente misturados.
- 16. Tela de acordo com a reivindicação 15, caracterizada pelo fato de que compreende, em urdume, um fio de vidro retorcido e, em trama, um fio de vidro sem torção voluminizado e a massa linear dos fios de urdume e de trama variando de 34 a 1500 tex.
- 17. Tela de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 16, caracterizada pelo fato de que apresenta uma massa de superfície que varia de 30 a 1000 g/m2.
- 18. Processo de fabricação da tela para pintura como definida em qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 17, em que se faz passar a tela para pintura em uma foulardagem (3) ou o dispositivo (30) que compreende dois rolos (31a, 31b) que comportam cada um uma tubulação central (32) de envio da composição de acabamento sob pressão e cuja zona periférica dos rolos (31a, 31b) é provida com perfurações (33) através das quais passa a composição de acabamento que é depositada sobre a tela para pintura, seca-se a referida tela e recolhe-se a mesma, caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende uma etapa de tratamento com um agente apto a aprisionar o formaldeído.Petição 870190080219, de 19/08/2019, pág. 13/236/6
- 19. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 18, caracterizado pelo fato de que o tratamento consiste em introduzir o referido agente na composição de acabamento.
- 20. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 19, caracterizado pelo fato de que o tratamento consiste em aplicar o referido agente após a foulardagem (3) ou o dispositivo (30) e antes que a tela para pintura passe sobre o dispositivo de secagem (5).
- 21. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 20, caracterizado pelo fato de que a aplicação é efetuada por pulverização de uma solução aquosa do referido agente.
