Abstract
SISTEMAS, DISPOSITIVOS E METODOS PARA MEDIÇçO DO HEMATOCRITO DE SANGUE INTEGRAL COM BASE NA VELOCIDADE DE PREENCHIMENTO INICIAL. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos para determinar o hematócrito de uma amostra de sangue, e a dispositivos e sistemas usados em conjunto com os mesmos. O valor de hematôcrito pode ser determinado por si só e, adicionalmente, pode ser usado para determinar uma concentração de um analito em uma amostra. Em uma modalidade exemplificadora de um método para determinação do valor de hematócrito em uma amostra de sangue, um volume de sangue é colocado em um dispositivo para análise de amostras que tem um eletrodo de trabalho e um contraeletrodo. Um potencial elétrico é aplicado entre os eletrodos, sendo calculada uma velocidade de preenchimento inicial da amostra no dispositivo. Pode-se, então, determinar o hematócrito do sangue, bem como a concentração de um analito em vista da velocidade de preenchimento inicial. São apresentados, também, sistemas e dispositivos que têm a vantagem do uso de uma velocidade de preenchimento inicial para determinar os níveis de hematócrito e fazer determinações quanto à concentração de analito.
