Abstract

MÉTODO DE ACOPLAMENTO COVALENTE DE DUAS OU MAIS PORÇÕES, PRIMEIRA E SEGUNDA PORÇÕES, PRIMEIRA PORÇÃO ACOPLADA A UMA SEGUNDA PORÇÃO, PAR DE PRIMEIRO E SEGUNDO LIGANTES, E, USO DE UM PAR DE LIGANTES. A invenção fornece um método de acoplamento covalente de duas ou mais porções, o método compreendendo: a) fomecer uma primeira porção tendo anexado covalentemente à mesma (i) pelo menos um primeiro ligante compreendendo uma primeira região hibridizável e (ii) pelo menos um primeiro grupo capaz de formar uma ligação covalente; b) fornecer uma segunda porção tendo anexado covalentemente à mesma (1) pelo menos um segundo ligante compreendendo uma segunda região hibridizável capaz de hibridizar à primeira região hibridizável e (ii) pelo menos um segundo grupo capaz de formar uma ligação covalente com o primeiro grupo; c) entrar em contato com a primeira e a segunda porção sob condições que permitem que a primeira e segunda região hibridizável hibridizem e ligar as porções; e d) expor as poções ligadas às condições que permitem a formação de uma ligação covalente entre o primeiro e o segundo grupos.
