Abstract
método para produzir partículas de medicamento de tamanho de partículas pequeno. as partículas de medicamento de tamanho de partícula pequeno são produzidas pela combinação de um precipitado de solvente-não solvente com um processo de secagem por atomização in situ. um mediamento é disperso em um solvente miscível em água, em particular etanol, e aquecido em uma linha de alimentação sob pressão até acima do ponto de ebulição do solvente até o fármaco dissolver. esta solução colide como um jato de líquido fino com um jato de água fino em um microreator permeado por gás, e a névoa fina assim formada vaporiza rapidamente. o solvente orgânico vaporiza primeiro, depois a água. a água pode conter modificadores de superfície.
