Abstract

máquina elétrica - resfriamento evaporativo a presente invenção refere-se a uma máquina elétrica (10;100) que compreende um rotor (14a) , de preferência, tendo ímãs permanentes (24a,b), embora meios de geração de campo estejam disponíveis e um estator (12). o estator tem bobinas (22) enroladas em barras de estator (16) para interação com o campo magnético do rotor através de um entrefermo (26a,b) entre elas . o rotor (14) compreende um alojamento (54) de uma câmara (70) contendo refrigerante (82). o alojamento de rotor (54) tem aletas de dissipação de calor (96) acessíveis pelo ambiente aberto pelo que movimento do ar em relação ao alojamento, causando pelo menos por rotação do rotor , absorve calor das aletas. a máquina pode ser uma máquina de fluxo axial, as bobinas sendo enroladas em barras que são dispostas circuferencialmente espaçadas em torno de um eixo mecânico fixo da máquina formando um eixo geométrico rotacional (80) do rotor. a máquina pode ser um motor de roda para um veículo, em que a roda é montada diretamente no alojamento de rotor (14).
